Works like a charm. I have been using Gan Mao Ling for over 10 years on the advice of my Chi-Gong instructor. I keep a bottle at home and one at work. I take three pills at the first signs of a sore throat, runny nose, or cold symptoms and continue until I feel better or switch to another formula if my condition worsens. I cannot recommend this product enough. I trust the Plum Flower brand and I am pleased to have found the economy size on Amazon for a great price!
